Booking, Pricing, and Rescheduling
Bookings and Rescheduling
- Reservation Requirements: A valid payment method must be provided to confirm a reservation.
- Rescheduling: Modifications made within two (2) hours of the scheduled pickup time may impact vehicle availability.
- Vehicle Requests: Requests for specific vehicle types (such as SUVs) or colors will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing and Rates
- Base Rates: Gratuity is not included, and prices may change without prior notice.
- Special Requests: Oversized luggage or items (for example, golf clubs) require an SUV-class vehicle.
- Additional Fees: May include late-night service charges, meet-and-greet assistance, and child safety seat requests.
- Holiday Surcharges: Additional charges apply on major holidays such as New Year’s Eve and Christmas.
Extra Stops and Wait Time Charges
- Additional Stops: Minimum fees apply depending on the selected vehicle category.
- Wait Time: A 45-minute grace period is provided for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international flights. Charges apply once the grace period has expired.

Users of RideLux USA services agree to comply with applicable laws, including the Florida Vehicle Code and the Florida Child Passenger Protection Act. Accurate passenger counts and special requirements must be submitted during booking to ensure compliance and prevent additional charges.
- Conduct: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and inappropriate behavior inside the vehicle are not permitted.
- Respectful Interaction: Conversations involving sensitive topics such as race, religion, or politics should be avoided.
- Child Safety: Customers must supply legally compliant child restraint systems when required by Florida law.
Forbidden Actions and Indemnification
- Prohibited Actions: Discrimination, harassment, abusive conduct, or unauthorized activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of service.

Cancellations, No-Show, and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled within the stated timeframes (for example, 2 hours for sedans and 48 hours for stretch limousines). Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time may result in a no-show fee.
- Refunds: Refunds are not issued for late cancellations or for circumstances beyond company control, including road closures or severe weather conditions.
Dispute Resolution and Alternative Dispute Mechanisms
Disputes should first be addressed through our customer support team. If unresolved, mediation and arbitration are available as alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options in accordance with The Florida Bar guidelines.

Services may be terminated for breach of agreement, non-compliance, or at the company’s discretion in accordance with Florida Commerce Commission guidelines. Upon termination, the client will receive a final summary of services provided and any remaining obligations, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
